Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Leave your bag at the door, with your concierge, or anywhere safe you note in the app. You'll get a photo when we collect and deliver.
How do you weigh and charge?
Your laundry is weighed at our facility and you're charged by the pound. You see the weight and total in the app before we start washing.
Can I choose detergent and folding preferences?
Yes. Choose scented or unscented, hypoallergenic, cold wash, hang-dry and how you like shirts folded. We save it for every order.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
Every order is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-wash for free or reimburse you.
