Is there a minimum volume or contract?
Business accounts start at 50 lb per week. There's no long-term contract; plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Do you keep our linens separate from other clients?
Always. Every account is tagged and processed separately, from pickup to delivery.
Can you serve multiple locations?
Yes. Add as many sites as you need to one account, each with its own schedule and cost breakdown on the invoice.
How does billing work?
One itemised invoice per month on Net-30 terms. Pay by ACH, card or cheque. Weights for every pickup are visible in the app.
